Serving Owner-Operators Since 1997

Owner-Operators are an important part of the trucking industry but as independent contractors they present special insurance issues. They cannot be covered under corporate insurance of the Motor Carriers that lease their services without jeopardizing their status as independent contractors.

TAS has developed systems and trained a staff of licensed agents to meet the needs of the Owner-Operator market. TAS is also the exclusive broker for the Association of Professional Truck Drivers of America (APTDA).
